This is the better alternative for the Em-Trak B922. This set lacks the Bluetooth option, but has a NMEA0183/2000 converter and transmits via WiFi not only your AIS data but all data available on your on-board network. So more options than the B922 and also cheaper!
The B921 is a nice entry-level model (2w CSTDMA) in a small and light format. It delivers excellent performance with a wide transmit and receive range. And this at a low power consumption.
The B921 has a built-in intelligent next-gen GPS module with antenna.
Its unique Flexi-Fit mounting system makes it very easy to install correctly and safely.
Comes in a complete set with the Quark-Elec A032 which allows you to easily send not only AIS and GPS data but all data on your NMEA network via WiFi to all your screens such as a tablet, smartphone or laptop. In combination with the Waterkaarten App this works perfectly.
But that's not all, the A032 is also a NMEA0183/NMEA2000 converter. Which makes it easy to let your 'outdated' equipment communicate with the modern NMEA2000.
