The B951 is a high transmit power (5W SOTDMA) class B AIS transmitter that is small and light, but still delivers very good AIS reception and transmission performance. You can see other ships appear on your screen from far away due to the high power. And always a free channel for maximum visibility.
Features an internal GPS receiver and can be mounted inside most polyester ships. For installation in steel ships, for example, the AIS transponder offers the option of connecting an external GPS antenna.
