FAQ

You are a webshop, but how about support?

A part of Smartmarine is indeed our webshop, in which we sell our products directly to consumers. If you need advice on the choice of product, we are happy to help you immediately.

Our products come with a Set-Up Guide for connecting or installing our products and that will do in almost all cases. If you need extra support, we are of course there and we would also like to refer you to the Quark-Elec forum. Service and fast support are of paramount importance to us, the reviews of customers also testify to this.

Do you also have a showroom or shop?

No, we only sell from our webshop or through our dealer network. Of course you are welcome at our office but please make an appointment in advance.

Will I also receive a manual?

Of course, all products are provided with a manual and a set-up guide. Most of our products are still delivered with an English manual. These are usually included on a CD-ROM or as a download.

Do I have a warranty?

Of course you have a warranty on our products. We give a minimum of 2 years warranty on all products.

Can I return an order?

Of course this is possible for the conditions and procedure, we would like to refer you to the page right of withdrawal, mentioned at the bottom of each page.

How soon will I receive my order?

In almost all cases, unless clearly stated otherwise, we will send out the order within 2 working days at the latest. In practice, it is often faster. We provide you with a tracking link to have an eye on the ETA.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation of the order by email. And you will receive an email when your order has been shipped including a Track & Trace link.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay securely via iDeal, or with a credit/debit card in your own banking environment and also with PayPal. In addition, it is possible for our Belgian customers to pay with the trusted Bancontact and our German customers have the Giropay option. Up front payment by bank transfer is also possible, please contact us. Cash payments are not possible.

To which countries do you ship?

We are a distributor for Western Europe and also ship and support throughout Europe. Our head office is in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. We also have a location in Mol, Belgium. And soon also in France.
