It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. 

Right of Withdrawal

Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. This right only applies to private purchases.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding any shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are always at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately € 7,25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary and the product has been used, we can charge you for this reduction in value of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.
