A part of Smartmarine is indeed our webshop, in this we sell our products directly to consumers. If you need advice on product choice, we will gladly help you directly.

Our products come with a Set-Up Guide for connecting or installing our products and that will suffice in almost all cases. If you need extra support, we are of course there for you and we also refer you to the forum of Quark-Elec. Service and fast support are our top priorities, as our customer reviews attest. In addition, we offer extensive assembly and installation assistance on board upon request and for a minimal fee. See Smartservice for more information.

No, we only sell from our websiteshop or through us dealernetwork. Of course you are most welcome at our office but please make an appointment in advance.

Of course, all products come with a manual and a set-up guide. Most of our products are still supplied with an English manual. These are usually supplied on a CD-ROM or as a download.

In almost all cases, unless clearly stated otherwise, you will receive your order within 3 working days. In practice, it is often faster.

Yes, that is of course possible by appointment. However, in Eindhoven we only have an office function, so the order and payment must be made via the webshop expire. Any shipping costs charged will of course be credited.

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation with the invoice by email. And you will receive an email when your order has been shipped including a Track & Trace link.

You can pay safely via iDeal, or with a credit card in your own banking environment, also with PayPal or possibly with Klarna if you want to spread the payment. In addition, it is possible for our Belgian customers to pay with the trusted Bancontact. Advance payment by bank transfer is also possible, please contact us for this. Cash payments are not possible.

We are a distributor for Western Europe and also ship and support throughout Europe. Our head office is in Eindhoven, we also have a location in Mol, Belgium. And soon also in France.
