The WiFi connection of our multiplexers makes every laptop, PC, Mac, tablet and smartphone an (extra) screen.

When sailing you want to have the image of the plotter at the helm. When sheltering under the spray hood you leave the plotter and easily take the image with you on a tablet or smartphone. In the evening, sit together at the card table or dinette and plan the next day's route on your laptop.

An additional advantage of the current apps is that the map material receives faster updates at much lower costs. 

There are also various apps that function as a dashboard of all data available on board. From battery monitoring, AIS targets, engine speed to tactical sailing information.

Waterkaarten.app

De Waterkaarten app is a route app that uses the ANWB Waterkaarten. The app also offers all the information from the ANWB Water Almanac and locations of marinas. In addition, there is current information about bridges and locks, including opening times and shipping restrictions from Rijkswaterstaat included in the app. In this they are absolutely unique and of added value in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, UK and France. The route planner of the Waterkaarten app is really brilliant and works fantastic. And through our intense collaboration they have now also added Live AIS which works carefree with our equipment.

OpenCPN

OpenCPN map

If you have some knowledge of hardware and software, this is the favorite. OpenCPN is an open source navigation program. Free.

It offers many possibilities, but does not yet excel in user-friendliness. If you want to use all possibilities, there is a big learning curve.

The instruments and tactics plug-ins work perfectly with our multiplexers.

Available for Windows, Linux, Mac and Android. Our multiplexers are fully supported.

Navionics

Navionics

Who didn't grow up with it could be the slogan.

A user-friendly interface with lots of current data. The Sonarchart is a nice option. Navionics has a layer for AIS data but unfortunately not yet the option to display the other instruments.

Available for iOS and Android and limited but free browser version. Quark-Elec has the official 'compatible with Navionics' predicate. Smartmarine is official dealfrom Navionics.

WinGPS

A Dutch product from Stentec. Especially the app for Android and Windows is very extensive with among others AIS, tide information, gribfiles kustfijn-mode and wifi connection with on-board instruments. The price is a bit higher but you get a user-friendly and nice piece of software for that.

The serious runner-up and award winner. A lot of choice in your desired map material. AIS overlay and various other data. Despite the many possibilities still user-friendly.

iSailor

iSailor

iSailor is a cheaper alternative to the Navionics app. The app is free and the maps are cheaper. All basic functions are present and the app is clear. iSailor has a display for AIS and instruments. However, it lacks a number of nice Navionics functions such as the ETA, the course line (this is there, but very limited). Information about ports is also more limited.
